    Purchased when VW was confronted by the diesel emissions legal proceedings. This situation resulted in deep discounts - - -both manufacturer and dealer. So I paid an extremely low price and have experienced zero defects since 9/2017 purchase. The small turbo - driven carefully - gets stellar MPG.
