The posted price for this had me up before dawn making the 3hr drive into Houston to check it out. On the way I got a call from the sales rep Rocky. He stated the car was going thru thier detail process and it would be out front and ready when I arrived. This call came literally a few minutes after they opened that morning so I was already impressed with the prompt customer service. Got there after making an earlier appointment to see another like vehicle. As he stated, out front, shining and smelling good. She whispered to me, "I'm going home with you today". Very seductive and persuasive. Now, I'm no fan of dealerships or the car buying experience. Most sales reps I've dealt with in my time are no better than the guys at stoplights trying to wash your windows for a dollar. My guy Rocky at Momentum BMW stepped his game all the way up. The man was professional, didn't try to "sell" me anything and just gave it to me in black & white, no car lot talk. Of course you always try and get the best deal for your money but he looked at me, I looked at the car and we both knew it was impeccably priced. With that said he did offer a concession or two. I really didn't want to overplay my hand because the conversation we had wasn't the typical BS car sale talk. Like I said, the guy was a complete professional and my BS meter wasn't registering with him. If you've read any of my posts you know I'm a HUGE proponent of customer service. I don't know if that was Rocky's personality or the way Momentum trains their people but I'll say this, car sales reps would have a better overall reputation if they approached their job and the customer like Rocky.

I don't like to do car shopping, BUT, this has been my best experience ever. If you want to buy a BMW, this is the place to go. And you better look for Rocky, he made my experience even better, he is very respectful, he showed us a couple of vehicles and together look for the characteristics of each one of them, he was so nice getting a few perks from the service department and he even went beyond that and gave my wife a nice BMW polo shirt, he really took care of us. During our visit, at least to sales managers just stopped by to introduce themselves. We already had a pre-approved loan from our CU and they didn't push to get the loan through them The financial process was easy and we were out of there in no time. Good experience being helped on new years eve. Went close to closing time but never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Finance was straight forward and honest everything explained to me clearly and was free to choose myself not pressured to add any packages or add one etc. My car had a bad speaker and wish it was taken care of or noted prior to my purchase. It's under warranty and I took it in for repairs but it's gonna be 3 to 4 days without my mew car so thays an inconvenience. Regardless I'm quite pleased with the attention I got and the respect given. Definitely hope to come back and get many more bmws in the future.

I've been to several BMW dealerships and I would say that my experience has not always been the best. However, not long ago I visited this (Momentum) location and got assigned John Garza as my service advisor. John has been BY FAR the best service advisor I have ever worked with. He communicates well, actually cares about any situation you might have and also makes sure he is doing everything he can to you help you. He is the only reason I drive all the way to this location and I will for sure keep doing it. If you are looking for the best BMW service advisor you can get, John Garza is your guy.

What I liked most about shopping and buying at Momentum BMW was I felt like they listened to what I was wanting and matched that with the cars they showed us. Taha (Rocky) Chehab helped us from start to finish. After talking with us to learn our situation and what we were shopping for, he showed us what they had in stock that matched, then we looked online at what the group might have to offer, and then we walked the lot at my request to look at some other possible options. In the end, we bought the first car he showed us. We never felt pressured. We never felt like we were trying to be up-sold to something. In fact, we didn't buy when we visited. We wanted some time to think and discuss it, and while we all knew the car might move fast, Rocky didn't even try to pressure us into placing a reserve on it after he informed us it was available to do so. We ended up calling back later that night to reserve it and went in the next day to buy it. Financing was also great. They took the time to understand how we wanted to manage the cost and explained exactly all the options available. A few days after the sale, Rocky invited us back to the dealership and took more time with us going over the features of the car and answering questions after we had a few days to become familiar with the car.

The office is a little bored, very simple and plain. You guys didn't have a bow for my new purchase.Noone greeted when I entered, having a front desk would help. I suggest more decor and always have a bow avaliable for customer request (blue, white or red). Sales person was very knowledgeable, understanding, was not pushing and very nice sharp looking. I bought my 2019 CPO 530i from Momentum and had a great experience. After servicing at the OTHER big BMW dealer in town and having a lackluster experience, came here and had a great experience. While waiting, ROCKY let me test drive a dreamy 740i. I came THISCLOSE to buying it, but the economy and other personal factors caused me to pass on the deal. Had a FANTASTIC experience with Rocky. Super responsive, flexible (to the extent they can be now at days). Though I didn’t move forward on the deal for reasons beyond his control, I would highly recommend Rocky to assist if you find yourself at Momentum BMW/Mini.

A manufacturer’s safety recall was due and I wanted have it done at my place. Also, I needed to reschedule an appointment with a very short notice. The team at Momentum was excellent accommodating my rescheduling without a complaint and subsequently following it up with me until the work was done. Although different people were involved in this process the relaying communications among us was flawless, the best I have seen in recent years. The technician who did the work was Gabriel. I had two great experiences in my dealings with Momentum BMW. My first was when I got an oil change and my advisor, Anjel S., was very friendly and accommodating. He kept me updated on the progress and gave me a good assessment of services that my car needed. The second experience was today when I had a recall part on my car serviced by a mobile mechanic named Gabriel. He was friendly, knowledgeable and the best part, punctual and very quick in changing out the part that needed to be replaced. He was very thorough in explaining what part needed replacement and the mechanics of why it was needed and the consequences of it not being done. It only took him 20 minutes even though he estimated 30 minutes. I appreciate him coming over to my place and do it from my home, saving me the hassle of having to take my car into the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership for service work.

I wanted to leave a review about my used car buying experience at Momentum BMW in Houston, Texas. The used car I was looking for was NOT a BMW but they had taken it in on trade and had it for sale. My initial inquiry was handled promptly with a call back and I was assigned to a salesperson, Bjorn. We talked and set an appointment. The facility was upper-class clean and had a well stocked waiting area with pristine bathrooms. Everyone was friendly, just as you would expect for an upper tier dealership. Bjorn and his sales manager worked with us to make things right, and I eventually drove my new ride home. I want to give a shout out to Lauderdale in Finance. We had some financial speed bumps from my outside financing.Lauderdale dutifully worked through the issues resulting in a happy customer. I hope to do future business with Momentum BMW.

Tony was great to work with. Was not pushy at all and did well to address concernes. The finance gentlyman however, Josh i believe, was plesant at first, shook hands and offered the seat. Given that i passed on the warranty options and brought my own financing the departure was not so plesant. He did not even make eye contact, did not get up from his seat and not even a handshake. Small things but they matter as i am dropping 80k with you. Very disingenuous when he said appreciate the business and handed the paperwork. Very weired end to the day.

Generally speaking, I don't enjoy the car buying experience. This was not the case at Momentum BMW. Warren Hodges was my primary contact for the purchases, but I had an opportunity to work with sale manager, finance group, etc. They most certainly exceeded my expectations. Went in to purchase 2021 certified X5. Since there isn't much negotiating right now, the price pretty much was what the sticker was except they force you into a theft package and a protection packaged which added a little over $1k to the price. After that we had to wait over 2 hours for financing as they were backed up. That wasn't fun since we had a three hour drive home.

I had a wonderful car buying experience. The service was stellar. They went above and beyond to find me a new vehicle that I was pleased with.

Went in to browse their cars, ended up buying one on the spot. I mentioned I had 3 price ranges in mind, low, medium, and high, and their staff took the time to show me cars in all three ranges. I didn't get the feeling that they were trying to upsell me something expensive. The whole process felt like they were just trying to help match me with what I wanted. After I purchased the car, they sat with me and guided me through the car features and helped me install an app to connect to the car. All and all, the entire process felt smooth and complete. It was a good experience.

Curtis and Enrique were great during the purchase process at Momentum BMW! Buying a car long distance is difficult. Curtis has amazing follow up, returning my calls on his days off and even when he was off to go to a funeral. Based on Curtis' great follow up, I knew I had to drive down to see the car even if i didn't buy it. Of course the car was great as Curtis said so I did buy it. Further, we did have some follow up items on the car including fixing a seat belt and Curtis was very helpful coordinating with my local dealer. This dealership was a little closer to me than the other one in town - that's really the only reason I went there. There were only a few of the model I wanted, so test drove one. I have to say my salesperson (Ivan) was one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. He spent a lot of time going through all the different programs, and explaining how the details of the two available cars compared. In the end, I decided just to lease this time (my first time leasing), and Ivan was very thorough in answering my questions and getting multiple offers for all the different lease programs. I never felt any pressure to pick one program or the other, he just helped me understand them all, and then I chose what was best for me. I ended up going home in a new BMW x3 and couldn't be happier with the buying experience and the car. It's exactly what I was hoping for, and was very pleased with the whole experience.

I went in for my appointment for battery replacement and was assisted immediately...Miguel was great throughout the whole process even washed my car. However as far as sales goes, from a former car salesman they can use a lil work especially during these times. I went on the lot while waiting on my car in service looked at about 4 or 5 vehicles and no one came talk to me. 2 oil leaks were found on my car and I could have said I'm not paying that and trade it in but we'll never know. when I was selling cars I used to stalk service for potential trade-in's trying to get every sale I could. service was excellent sales.....shame on yall

This Sonic dealership was built in a former Sears location. Unlike those palatial, intimidating high-end structures, the ambiance is more casual, although luxurious where it should be. Staff is courteous, without being syrupy. In short, all the amenities without the fluff. I was attracted to a 2019 Audi e-tron, and was greeted by George Sanchez. He's young (as are much of the employees), ambitious without being overbearing, and a pleasure to work with. Negotiations were calm and highly professional. Although we didn't come to terms on the first go-'round, a next-day visit proved successful. Sales Manager Aaron Anderson sealed the deal, and Finance Manager Matt Harris overcame a technical issue, allowing us to drive it away. By all means, include Momentum in your search, and see George ... you'll be well-treated.

We had a great buying experience. We were indecisive about our purchase but our salesperson, Bruce Le stuck with us until we made a decision. It only took us about 6 months. I've visited multiple times since we purchased and everyone is always so nice and personable. Today, I met a guy name Steve at the BMW store who was very personable and gave me some nice BMW promotional items.
