Of late, there's a feeling of love in the air here at Momentum BMW. Love of the vehicular variety, that is. And, admittedly, we have a sneaking suspicion that our spanking-new sports coupe -- the 2016 BMW M2 -- is the culprit.
Wondering how we've fallen so fast for it? We thought you might be. Well, after scoping the following clip -- a review of the M2 from Kelley Blue Book Senior Associate Video Editor, Zach Vlasuk -- we're certain that you'll comprehend our perspective perfectly. Check it out:
An engine sure to satisfy all but the most power-obsessed, the M2's turbocharged 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder is a real gem. Producing a very plenteous 365 horsepower and 343 pound-feet of torque, the M2 can be coupled with either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed automated manual (DCT) transmission.
And for all its ferocity, the M2 somehow manages to remain reasonably fuel-efficient, too; when had with the available DCT, for instance, it should achieve 23 mpg combined (20 city/27 highway).
To learn more about this top-flight transport, or to take one for a spin, we suggest you set a course for our Houston, TX location. Our automotive aces are on hand to address your every query about the M2, or any other BMW model within the current lineup.
