We recently bought a CPO 2008 X3 from your dealership and I wanted to
share our positive experience at your dealership.
Khalil Jaz and Steven Lutz were the sales and finance person who
helped us in the buying process.
Khalil is a BMW enthusiast (we could feel that) and he is a pretty
good salesman at that. We walked into your dealership for a casual
test drive of an X3 having made up our minds to buy another make and
model. Khalil's enthusiasm and approach made us come again next day
for the test drive (as the car was not ready on day one) and
eventually after the test drive we ended up buying the X3 (we are not
impulsive buyers, so it says something about how good your people
are). And we are quite happy with our buy - the way the car drives and
most importantly the after sales follow-up that Khalil helped with in
getting over some minor cosmetics related to the car. There is a
delicate balance between growing your profits and having a happy
customer - Khalil is close to perfect at that. I would be very happy
to recommend him to my friends and colleagues who are in the market
shopping for a BMW.
Steven Lutz was the finance person who helped us in financing the buy.
He exhibited tremendous patience in getting through all the paper work
repeatedly many times. It was pleasant to deal with him as well. Fine
person you have there.
Some suggestions to further enhance your service quality:
With increasing access to information on the internet, customers today
are more aware. As part of your CPO best practice, it may be a good
idea to present the CPO inspection check-list that a vehicle has gone
through. Brings in transparency in your process and enhances your
image without loss of profits. Please replace the cranky old printers
that you have out there in your offices. In moving with technology,
consider making your paperwork electronic.

Max White is professional & knows the BMW products inside and out. He is warm and gracious and exudes confidence to his clients.

I was unclear over which model I wanted so I drove a couple of different vehicles to make up my mind. Max was extremely patient and helpful through the whole transaction.
Dale in finance was congenial and great at offering all aftermarket options and financing details.
Max spent hours with me over several days without ever losing his cool.
We had been driving Mercedes Benz autos and we wanted to change to BMW because the cars are more attractive and the service is included in the warranty. That's a big deal for expensive cars because the oil changes, wiper blades, & brake pads, etc...can be very expensive.
Max & I have spoken almost daily since I bought the car. He has become a friend and I have sent him new customers that he has managed to sell cars to as well. Even just last night he sold one of my colleagues a new 750li-great job Max & Cliff !
I recently leased a BMW 650i. Bino Garcia was my sales rep. He took such good care of me!!! This is my second BMW that I've leased and trust me...it won't be my last!!! My sales advisor Carl gave me a brochure on the 7 series when I requested it. The previous week I had visited another BMW dealer in Houston and was told that BMW had gone "green" and no longer had brochures for their cars. I was told that I had to go online for the vehicle information. I was very happy to get the brochure since it had a lot of information that was not readily available on the web site. This was the key reason I decided to purchase the 750li from this dealer & Carl.

On Nov 21, 2011 I bought my 2008 Mini Cooper. I love it !!! Khalil ZAJ was my salesman & he was great ! Everything went so smooth. We did everything over the phone on a Saturday! All I had to do was show up Monday and pick it up. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours and that included test driving, coffee, & signing paperwork! Everyone was nice and it was a great experience. They have some awesome cars and I took one of them home! Ask for Khalil he is very good.

1. since I live in London, UK, I needed to be able to communicate with you via internet in my search for my car. You listened, asked the questions you needed answers for, and then found the car - all while I was at home in London! you were very effective in listening to what I wanted - and then finding the car! I really appreciated this very much.
2. when I came in to the dealership to look at and purchase the car, you and the car were ready and waiting at the designated time. I really appreciated this level of service. in the past, with other dealerships, I would have to wait, even though I set up an appointment. you were ready. well done!
3. the actual purchasing process was fast and efficient. I think I was in your office only 50 minutes or so. I really thank you for this.

I could actually write a book about how wonderful it has been to deal with Momentum BMW. I have never been treated this nice by any of the previous auto dealer's that I have had dealings with. From the second we walked into Momentum BMW we were treated like Royalty. I have yet to open a door for myself while I've been at Momentum. My experience with the service department could not have been any better. I was provided a loaner (which was a 750 Li just like the one I own) and kept informed about the service progress everyday. Bruce Le did one thing that I seldom see these days. Follow up calls. My husband first met Bruce Le while looking for a BMW X5. Months later I come and buy a BMW X3 from Bruce.
